Avocado Toast


Made this for the kids’ breakfast the other day. Simple. Healthy. Tasty. Most important: they liked.

Ripe avocado smeared on toasted multigrain bread and topped with pistachios, a touch of salt.
The key is a ripe avocado.

For my taste, a sprinkle of chili flakes wouldn’t hurt. In any case, the rich, smoothness of the avocado works very well on a crisp piece of toast with the crunchiness of the nuts.

P.S. Don’t tell them it’s loaded with health.
