I certainly remember the Top 10 meals in my life, one of which I had in New Orleans at a place called Pascal’s Manale. It was Barbeque Shrimp. Strange as it may sound, it wasn’t actually barbequed. Rather, the shell-on shrimp were sauteed and served in a rich and piquant sauce. Glorious.
I just came across this recipe today from Cook’s Country and I really look forward to making it myself. By the way, cooking time is about 3 minutes.
