I love my Air Fryer. And the funny thing is that I’m not really using it to “fry.” It has become my go-to appliance when roasting an entire chicken. No joke. I season up a whole bird, throw lemon and garlic into the cavity, set the time and temp, and an hour later I have this crispy, juicy, awesome, whole roast chicken. It’s great. Oh, of course you can use it to make a ton of other foods crispy with little to no oil.
If you don’t already have one, you’ve simply got to own a digital instant-read thermometer. Seriously, how could you not? For less than 10 bucks you’ll always be able to know whether your meat is rare, medium or well done. Period.
